Constipated? Try these natural remedies! 🌱
Aloe Vera - Try 1 cup a day, 1/2 cup in the morning & 1/2 cup at night.
Olive Oil - Try 1 tablespoon on a empty stomach in the morning.
Senna Leaf - Try one teaspoon of senna leaf powder mixed in a glass of water.
Water - Drink a minimum of 64oz of water in a day.

WHAT CAUSES CONSTIPATION?
Here are a few things that can cause constipation.
Proctitis (inflammation of the rectum). Constipation may accompany proctitis. You can experience bleeding and urgency and still be constipated.
This is because the rest of the colon is able to absorb water normally (so you don’t have diarrhoea), but as the rectum is inflamed, the stool doesn’t pass through this area easily – resulting in constipation.
IBS - Some people with IBD experience IBS-like symptoms, which include constipation and/or diarrhoea.
Low-fibre diet – Fibre helps stools pass through the bowel, so if you have reduced your intake of fibre, you may find that you become constipated. Excess fibre should be avoided if you have a stricture of your intestine, as can occur in Crohn’s Disease.
Low fluid intake – If you are not drinking enough, this can lead to constipation as the stools become hard, dry and difficult to pass.
Drugs – Constipation can be a side effect of some drugs, for example, anti-diarrhoeals, iron supplements and painkillers such as tramadol and co-codamol.
Damage to the anal muscles – A common cause of constipation in women following vaginal childbirth or pelvic surgery.

Salt water flush this morning! Not the tastiest activity but it does “flush” things out! 🍋 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋Just add 2 teaspoons of Celtic sea salt (Not table salt or iodized cheap salt. You won’t get the same results) to 1 litre of pure warm filtered water. Do the following first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and then lie down on your right side after drinking it. Drink within 5 minutes. Yes that fast. It needs to get to the colon and fill and then the magic begins in about 15-30 minutes. this picture is a small piece of a picture of my little girl when she was being baptised. At the moment itself I didn’t realize it, but afterwards I noticed in the picture how she was holding on to me and I found it touching. Now 3 years later she still holds on tight to me. At the age of 6 my father gave me a ride to my very first music lesson. The school was in an old, impressive building with huge doors and when the moment arrived to get out of the car, my dad didn’t move. He told me which door I had to go through and at what time he would pick me up. And that was it. With a small heart and not being able to foresee anything that was ahead of me, I entered that colossal building. It took me some time and a few directions from strangers in the hallways to find the right room, but I made it. And afterwards, I was unbelievably proud of myself.
To this day I’m still grateful that my father pushed me to do things on my own and handle things myself.
To my children I want to be the beacon that is there when they really need a fall-back basis. I want them to feel sure enough about themselves to navigate through the world, to be independent so they are not lost when loved ones disappear.
If they can say this about me at the end of my life, I will be a happy mom
Who likes to paint? Hehe Just kidding! Our poop can change colours. Sometimes it is okay, for example, if we eat a lot of red pigmented foods such as beetroot our stool can change from brown to dark red. But what if you haven't consumed any red foods recently and your poop is red? Depending on if it is a light or dark colour. So the light red is often a consequence of a harder, constipated poop. As you push the harder stool scratches your gut lining (near the anus 🙊) and leaves blood spots on your poop (or the toilet paper). If it is darker in colour you better start searching why! It could be a sign of haemorrhoids or bleeding in the lower intestine and the blood turns darker as it is not fresh but has been passing through your gut for a longer period of time.
Each colour represents different health issue and so it is very important to inspect your poop regularly and watch for any changes. What is the colour of your poop? 💩🙋 Nice brown shade (hehe). .

My daily life is really high carbs because I love rice, noodles, fruits 🍉 🍌 🍉, mochi, and also sweets 🍰 😊 but I also try to take vitamin B mix and Enzyme everyday so that I can use the energy efficiently. I can clearly say KETO diet isn’t healthy at all no matter how it is effective for weightloss if you are going to practice Keto diet for a long time. It will just promote your aging if you keep eating meats and high protein everyday and cut your carbs.
This is proved from many scientific studies and you can read medical articles from American scientific journals if you can’t believe the low carb diets are harmful for normal people but diabetic people.
I just wanna say here there are many way to lose weight in healthy way. Like Mediterranean diet, balanced meal, Japanese food with less sodium, Korean Komushi etc. My favorite healthy carbs are soba and also chick peas 🐥 I boiled beans and then froze so that I can add beans (fiber and plant based protein) to my family meals.
Frozen beans are very useful for many cooking, chick pea curry, salad, and you can make traditional felafels^_^Soba is good for dancers and workout girls too because it will burn slowly and low GI. You can use soba instead of normal 🍝 pasta if you don’t like Japanese dashi dipping.
