AMAZING what a little sunshine ☀️ can do for your life! I’ve been making an effort to be outdoors more & I feel so much more energized and happy 😊.
I committed to a 4x/week lifting & HIIT workout program so I could work in more activities throughout the week. It’s been great to have more time for biking, running, walking, and yoga 🧘🏼♀️ Changing up the routine & getting outdoors more has been a really great way to avoid getting bored of the same workout routines!.

Biked & walked as I crewed the bf’s (@drchirorog) long run & got to enjoy time in the sun. ☀️ And then we headed out for food and crafty brews for a nice evening. 🍻
